Shivco Termite & Pest Control at 778 Mc 105, Madisonville, Texas.

I am utterly appalled by the lack of customer care and professionalism of Shivco. We paid for one session in November 2016 for an inside and outside residence pest spraying. Less than a week later, we noticed live bugs in the house, and called them to do a complimentary additional spraying, as they had outlined in their first visit. We never received a call back, but winter soon came and we decided that the services were not needed. We then called them in February 2017. I gave them my personal cell number as I was the resident who would be home most frequently. I was told the scheduler was not in the office but would call me back at 2pm. I never received a call. I called them again the next day and was told that for some undisclosed reason, they would not be able to spray until 2-3 weeks later. Without complaint, I waited four weeks with no calls. I called again on March 22, 2017. I was quickly transferred to Don, who looked up my residence. He said that the company had tried to call the number on file but that it was disconnected. He read me the number-it is indeed a working number, that of my aunt, so it does not make sense that they were not able to reach her. It also shows that Don did not file my number as I had asked when I called in February. When I told him this, he said in an accusatory tone, "people make mistakes". Taken aback, I explained why I was frustrated, that I would need a spraying as soon as possible and that it would be nice to receive a discount since we had so many issues with the company. He said that was impossible. He continually treated me terribly, saying "if you have something to say, just say it", "I will talk down to you if I need to" etc. finally I asked for the name of some other pest control services in the area, and he gladly gave them to me. I then asked for his name, and thankfully I remembered it from when he first answered the phone, because when I asked his name, he hung up. I am absolutely shocked by the low level of customer care in this company and will never use their business again.
